About the only thing I am certain of here is this Hippopatums model figurines was produced by Britians. I have done some research and it appears in the 1920’s a piece identical to this was produced in lead. This fellow has the exact same characteristics but the model appears to be a ceramic material-maybe composition but its hollow molded I am certain. It could be lead but not for sure. In any case its a dandy model and its quite old, whatever it is made of. It has the Britains name on the bottom of its hind right foot. Used condition but structurally perfect.Paypal.
